My wife Yvette and daughter Bethany (11) and I are avid fans of Deadliest Catch and have been waiting with baited breath of news of when season 6 will start. I have not been on the web site for some time and have just learned of the sad passing of Cpt Phil Harris. My deepest sympathies go to Jake and Josh,their family and the crew and friends of the Cornelia Marie. Cpt Phill will be a big loss to everyone who followed the show and he will be forever in our thoughts

I STARTED WATCHING THE DEADLIEST CATCH BECAUSE I LOVE CRAB. I KEPT WATCHING BECAUSE OF THE REMARKABLE CAPTAINS AND THEIR CREWS. I, TOO, WILL MISS CAPATAIN PHIL AND THE BERINGSEA WILL NOT BE THE SAME WITHOUT HIM. MY HEART GOES OUT TO HIS FAMILY . MAY GOD HOLD THEM CLOSE.
