Select one of 5 real crab boats featured on the Discovery Channel series, or create and customize your own boat. Then choose your own crew from a roster of 20 real crab fishermen. Selecting the wrong boat or crew member can lead to disaster. Lead your fatigued, hungry and hardworking crew in the search for King Crab and Opilio Crab, while battling to secure your catch before other crews get there first. Realism is added with 4 real Bering Sea harbors and 34,000 miles of real Bering Sea coastline created from the United States Geological Survey. Weather and fishing conditions are based on authentic weather data and get worse each season. The ultimate goal is to return safely each season, upgrade your boat and crew, and attempt to break the real-life Captain Sig Hansen’s actual lifetime catch of twenty million pounds.

Just tried the demo and it’s very limited. Wish I could have gotten more of a glimpse into the gameplay.

You’d think they would at least test the demo to see if it actually works before releasing the damn thing! I’ve downloaded the demo 5 times now, from 5 different websites, not one will work. The error I get is:
The installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete.
This could be the result of a damaged disk, a failed download or a virus.

Wont let me download demo. It said that the file is corrupted and wont download. Can someone fix it.

Yet again the release date has been pushed!! What is going on with this game! Would you guys either release this so we can all purchase this much anticipated game or just give up! I am getting tired of looking forward to the release date only to be dissapointed…YET AGAIN!!!! Try being honest for a change!!!!

Demo download “DOES NOT WORK”.. DAN! For most people the download only reaches 80MB out of 436MB and reports the download as Complete. This will obviously lead to corrupt file messages. Tried on 8 different machines.. IE & FireFox, SAME RESULT! File size is reported as 436MB, Final Downloaded file size 80MB!
For the lucky ones who claim to have the full file, maybe you could post it on Rapidshare and share with the rest of us.

hay !!!! whats the deal i have tried to download the alaskan storm demo and i get a error message that its not delieverable at this time i have tried all times of the day thinking it might be so many people tring to download the soft wear so they could play the game,but i still can’t download the softwear can some body fix the problem or tell me where i can download the softwear? i have e-mailed discovery channel but i have not heard from them eather? can somebody give me a clue on what to do or how we can get a hold of sig or egar about this?
